MISR Browse Images for CRYSTAL-FACE

These MISR Browse images provide a quick visual overview of the region observed during the Cirrus Regional Study of Tropical Anvils and Cirrus Layers - Florida Area Cirrus Experiment (CRYSTAL-FACE) field campaign. CRYSTAL-FACE investigated cirrus cloud physical properties and formation processes for improving climate models during July 2002. The MISR Browse images from the nadir camera include paths 14, 16, and 18 for July 2002. The images were subsetted to cover blocks 69 through 78, intensity-stretched to highlight surface features, and arranged chronologically into a composite.
